Regeneca recalls dietary supplement
28.02.2012WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Regeneca Inc. is voluntarily recalling its ingenuous-capsule RegenErect dietary supplement because it contains each unlisted product used to correct masculine erectile dysfunction, the Irvine, California, joint concern said.
The capsules contain tadalafil, structure them unapproved new drugs, and tadalafil is not listed in the label, the concourse said in a Friday statement carried forward the Food and drug Administration website.
Tadalafil is used considered in the state of a treatment for male erectile dysfunction. It may interact by nitrates found in some prescription drugs, similar as nitroglycerin, and may lower mettle pressure to dangerous levels, the report said.
Regeneca has distributed RegenErect by way of Internet sales and as samples at common events.
The company did not express if there had been any reports of opposing reactions.
