LONDON (AP) — Tributes poured in to Queen Elizabeth II up~ Monday as she marked 60 years in c~tinuance the throne with a message vowing to persist serving the British people.

Dressed in a Tiffany-downhearted hat and colorful overcoat against the hibernate cold, she was greeted by well-wishers in the snow-covered court end of King's Lynn at each event planned to mark Accession Day, the day of annual celebration of the day she became queen in 1952.
